Mr. Harvey, who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Niagara University, spent two decades as a successful entrepreneur and real estate developer after being honorably discharged from the United States Army as a Captain in 1973. Mr. Harvey closed out these two decades as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Medifit of America, a company he turned into one of the leading providers of physical therapy services in the United States. Under his administration the company operated in eight states with approximately 30 million dollars in revenues. After becoming a principle in MSA in 1995, Mr. Harvey has spearheaded MSA's technological expansion with the development and introduction of services including SmartTech® and SecureBuilding®.

Patrick Timlin

Mr. Timlin, a 22 year veteran of the New York City Police Department (NYPD), retired in 2002 at the rank of Assistant Chief, serving as Commanding Officer of the Patrol Borough Bronx. While serving in the Bronx, Mr. Timlin achieved a 16% reduction in felony crime, a rate which exceeded the citywide felony crime reduction average. He instituted many proactive community relations initiatives (many are still in place at this time) when Police - Community relations were at an all time low. Mr. Timlin served as the Commanding Officer of Queens Detectives where he successfully supervised many high profile investigations and achieved the highest homicide clearance rate in New York City. In addition to service in many patrol commands, Mr. Timlin performed duty in the NYPD Emergency Service Unit. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from St. Francis College and holds a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School and is also a member of the New York State Bar. Prior to joining MSA, Mr. Timlin was an attorney at Clinton Group an SEC registered Investment Advisor, where he headed the Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Programs.

Michael O'Neil

Mr. O'Neil is a 20 year veteran of the New York City Police Department and recently retired after serving as the first Commanding Officer of the NYPD Counterterrorism Division, a Division that he helped create after the events of September 11, 2001.
While commanding the Counterterrorism Division, Mr. O'Neil was responsible for the daily operation and implementation of all aspects of the NYPD’s counterterrorism program as directed by the Police Commissioner. He directed the NYPD’s mission of critical infrastructure protection, global terrorist threat analysis, CBRNE programs and policies, special event security planning, and the training of NYPD as well as other local, state, and federal personnel in various aspects of counterterrorism initiatives.
Mr. O'Neil chaired the regional “Securing the Cities” initiative, a $50M US Department of Homeland Security radiological detection and interdiction initiative that involved over 100 different law enforcement agencies from the Greater New York City Region. Prior to becoming the Commanding Officer of the Counterterrorism Division, he served in numerous patrol commands as well as the Organized Crime Control Bureau. He holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Criminal Justice from SUNY Empire State College and a Top Secret security clearance granted through the FBI and the Department of Energy.

Mr. Christiansen has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Mr. Christiansen is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a broad range of experience with both small and large corporations. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of MSA, Mr. Christiansen manages all accounting and financial responsibilities. Prior to joining MSA Mr. Christiansen was the CFO of Medifit of America, having joined in 1992 as Controller. He spent nearly 7 years at Burndy Corporation, a diversified company with over 350 million dollars in revenues. During his tenure at Burndy, he was Manager of Accounting, Assistant Treasurer, and Assistant Controller. Mr. Christiansen started his professional career at PepsiCo where he spent 7 years in various capacities within financial reporting and internal auditing. He holds an undergraduate degree and a MBA from Pace University.

Robert Lamont

Mr. Lamont brings over 30 years of broad based Information Technology experience from the private sector to the MSA management team. Mr. Lamont has held technical and management positions at Fortune 500 companies such as New York Life Insurance Company and Lehman Brothers Inc, as well as at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and Brown Brothers Harriman, a private bank. During his career Robert has been responsible for the development of mission critical business applications, multi-platform system software integration, enterprise computing, and Business Continuity Planning. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from St. John’s University and has professional certifications as a Certified Business Continuity Professional, (CBCP), and a Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).

Mr. Mulcahy has over 20 years of experience in law enforcement, having served a long, distinguished career with the New York City Police Department (NYPD). He spent 9 of his 20 years in the Detective Bureau, and his final assignment was as a Bomb Technician Investigator of the NYPD Bomb Squad. He received certification from the FBI (Hazardous Devices School), ATF (Post Blast Investigator), and NYPD (Explosive Detection Canine Handler). As a Detective Investigator of the NYPD Bomb Squad he was involved in numerous investigations including the World Trade Center bombing and TWA Flight 800. Mr. Mulcahy has been involved in developing training courses for Bomb Technicians as well as security procedures to reduce vulnerability to terrorist attacks.

Mr. Harvey is both an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and a Registered Nurse (RN). Mr. Harvey was a Sergeant in the United States Army and a First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve. He is a graduate of the New York City Police Department (NYPD) Academy, St. Vincent's School of Nursing, the NYPD Explosive Detection Canine Handler Program, and the FBI Hazardous Devices School. Mr. Harvey served as an officer in the NYPD Emergency Services Unit as well as a Detective, Bomb Technician, and Canine Explosive Detection Handler and Trainer in the NYPD Bomb Squad. As Director of Detection Services for MSA, Mr. Harvey is responsible for directing the day to day operations of the largest privately held canine explosive detection services program in the country. His staff consists of one Kennel Master, three full time Trainers and over 100 Explosive Detection Canine (EDC) Teams (canines and handlers).

Mr. Lambkin retired from the New York City Police Department (NYPD) after serving close to 21 years, the majority of that time with the Emergency Service Unit. He is a certified Emergency Medical Technician, PADI Open Water Diver, Defensive Tactics Instructor, and Ground Defense Instructor. Mr. Lambkin is also trained extensively in the disciplines of Emergency Response to Terrorist Bombings, Hazardous Materials Incidents, Chemical and Biological Counterterrorism, and Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents. He was the team leader when the Federal Emergency Management Agency activated the New York Task Force Urban Search and Rescue Team during the days after September 11, 2002. As Director of Transportation & Energy Services for MSA, Mr. Lambkin provides Vulnerability Assessments, Bomb Dog Teams, and other countermeasures to safeguard the ports and other Maritime facilities in the New York City Metropolitan Area.

Mr. Adrat retired from the New York City Police Department (NYPD) as a Sergeant in the Emergency Service Unit. Having spent 14 of his 20 years in the elite Emergency Service Unit, Mr. Adrat has executive level training in First Responder, Emergency Medical, and Emergency Psychological Protocols, as well as Specialized Weapons, Weapons of Mass Destruction, Hazardous Materials, and VIP and Dignitary Protection.

Robert Masucci

Mr. Masuci began his service career with the New York City Police Department, retiring as Detective Specialist from the elite Police Emergency Squad. While there he also served with the Federal Emergency Management Agency as a Logistics Manager on New York Task Force One – Urban Search & Rescue Task Force. One of his many accomplishments was to lead his team into Gulfport, Mississippi for the rescue and recovery efforts of Hurricane Katrina. The Department of Homeland Security has called upon him to be a subject matter expert for Security System Assessment Validation for Emergency Responders. Some of Mr. Masucci’s certifications are: WMD Specialist, Emergency Medical Technician, and DHS/WMD Threat and Risk Assessment Specialist. Prior to his promotion he was assigned to Lehman Brothers where he was tasked with special project oversight, including physical security enhancements directly related to Chemical, Biological, Radiological and other threat countermeasures.

Mr. Hagstrom is the Director of Special Projects for Michael Stapleton Associates located in lower Manhattan. He served a twenty year career with the New York City Police Department, retiring in early 2002 in the rank of Sergeant. For the past two years he has been tasked with researching and developing a systems approach to deploying Chemical Warfare Agent, Toxic Industrial Chemical and Biological Threat Agent sensor technologies into the challenging environment of the commercial real estate space. The R&D phase of the overall project has concluded and initial deployments into commercial buildings here in Manhattan have commenced. His unique approach to systems development has brought an exclusive, transparent and cost effective monitoring/networking capability to a previously unprotected critical infrastructure sector. Mr. Hagstrom is certified as a Physical Security Professional (PSP) by the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS).

Before joining MSA, Mr. White served a long and distinguished career with the New York City Police Department (NYPD), spending 14 of his 20 years in the Detective Bureau. His last assignment was as Commanding Officer of the NYPD Bomb Squad, the largest public safety bomb disposal program in the nation. Mr. White is a Federal Bureau of Investigation trained bomb technician with extensive training in Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD). In his capacity as Commanding Officer of the Bomb Squad, he was responsible for over 40 Bomb Disposal Technicians and directed citywide training for explosives, HAZMAT, and WMD incident response. Mr. White was responsible for planning and preparation of special security arrangements at major New York City events and for visits by very important persons (VIP) to include the President of the United States as well as foreign dignitaries. He coordinated these activities with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, United States Secret Service, Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives, and the Federal Aviation Administration. Other experiences include supervising the Police Laboratory as well as integrity control responsibility for the Laboratory, Bomb Squad, and Crime Scene Unit. In addition, Mr. White established the working protocol for the examination of evidence from the 1993 World Trade Center bombing. Mr. White received his Bachelor of Science from Georgetown University and Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. As Director of Training for MSA, Mr. White develops and delivers preparedness training programs to corporations, landmarks, government agencies, and major non-governmental institutions throughout North America.
