PROTECS™

PROTECS™ (Port Region Operations & Tactical Emergency Communications System) is an MSA product developed specifically for the maritime community. MSA identified a need for a communications platform that would enhance normal port operations and provide critical information during times of crisis and/or emergency. PROTECS™ utilizes an IP-based interoperability communications platform that can connect any radio, telephone, wireless device, and video network with an easy to use software interface that is managed by MSA’s subject matter experts in our Emergency Operations Center. The PROTECS™ system allows MSA to integrate and connect separate and/or different communication platforms into a single secure network that is managed by MSA experts 24/7 for the purpose of controlling, disseminating and evaluating all relevant information, enhancing client operations during times of crisis and daily operations.
